Background
Carlo McGinnis graduated from Georgetown Preparatory School in Rockville, MD and went on to the University of Santa Clara. He completed law school at the University of Santa Clara in 1977 and passed the California Bar exam and was admitted to the California Bar Association in 1977.
In 1979 Carlo and his wife returned to the Buckeye state where he passed the Ohio bar exam and was admitted to the Ohio Bar Association.
Carlo and his wife, Pam raised five children. Carlo is a member of St. Albert the Great Church.
